8 Week Quad Development Program
Do you have a difficult time getting your stubborn quads to grow? If so, then this program should be able to help you whether you're a beginner or a seasoned lifter. This is an 8-week training program that consist of four training days per week. This program will train your entire body but has a strong emphasis on leg training specifically the quads. This program will target all the muscles that compose the quadriceps by using a variety of exercises both unilateral and bilateral, while also using varying volume, and intensity.
Just like with every other muscle group, progressive overload does apply. To get the most out of this program you will need to record your exercises and try to improve upon them by increasing the weight used, or by increasing the number of reps performed with the same weight. A stronger muscle has potential to be a bigger muscle! It's also no secret the strong well-developed quads can help keep your knees healthy.
You will also need to take your nutrition seriously if you wish to get the most out of this program. A good training program can only take you so far if you're not getting adequate nutrition to recover from the training demand. If you are someone who is willing to put in the work and train hard then this program will leave you with bigger stronger quads by the end of the 8-weeks.
You will need access to a gym with standard equipment to complete this program.
