8-Week Quad Emphasis Program

If you’ve struggled to get your quads to grow, this program will help you finally break through. It’s suitable for both beginners and experienced lifters who want to bring up their leg development in a structured, progressive way.

This 8-week program is built around four training days per week. It trains the entire body but places a strong emphasis on the quadriceps. Every major muscle of the quads is targeted using a mix of unilateral and bilateral exercises, with varied volume and intensity across the phases.

Progressive overload is central to this program. You’ll be encouraged to track your lifts and aim to improve over time by adding weight, reps, or control. Stronger quads are bigger quads, and well-developed legs also play a key role in supporting healthy knees.


Nutrition & Recovery

As always, proper nutrition and recovery are essential for growth. This program provides the structure for effective training, but your progress will depend on fueling and recovering properly to match the workload.

If you stay consistent, push yourself, and eat to support your training, you’ll come out of this program with noticeably bigger, stronger quads.
