12 Week Big Three Strength Program

This E-book contains the 12-Week Big Three Strength Program which focuses on building overall strength with a specific emphasis on improving your numbers in the squat, bench, and deadlift. The program is broken down into three 4-week training blocks consisting of 4 training days per week. Each training day consist of a main movement and accessories. The main movement will be performed using percentages based off of your current 1 rep max, and each accessory is strategically selected to strengthen all of the muscles utilized in the big three movements.
In addition to the strength program, nutrition related information specific to strength training will also be provided. This will educate you on basic nutrition principles as well as give you key aspects of your nutrition to consider in order to maximize your results. Lastly, this E-book will also provide you with recovery methods and principles to ensure you are able to stay injury free and blow your old 1 rep maxes out of the water!

Strength training is not easy and will take a toll on the body over time so your nutrition and recovery will need to be on point in order to obtain optimal results, but if you stick with it and take it seriously, I can guarantee you will make improvements.
This program can be completed by gymgoers of any experience level. However, you need to have a basic understanding of how to properly squat, bench, and deadlift. You must have access to a gym in order to complete this program. There are a couple of exercises within the program that some people may not have the necessary equipment at their gym to complete, however adequate exercise substitutions are provided inside of the program.
