8 Week Larger Lats Program

This is an 8 Week program that is split into two 4-week training blocks consisting of 5 training days per week. This program trains the entire body but has a strong emphasis on back development. The training days are structed in a way that ensures you are training each muscle of the back through its entire strength curve with enough volume to promote the best possible results.
Like with all training, proper nutrition and recovery will also be important to maximize your results from this program. If you dedicate yourself to this program while optimizing your nutrition and recovery you will develop a better connection with your back resulting in stronger more developed lats and back overall.
In order to complete this program you will need access to a gym with standard equipment.
